A few reminders/clarification

This post is to clarify and hopefully keep any confusion down about “stuff”.   First, the Booster Club Greenery order forms should have been brought home on Monday for your “shopping pleasure”.  Our boosters have done this fundraiser for several years and we usually make a few thousand dollars in profit.  This money is then used throughout our band program at the middle and high school levels and IS NOT being used for the Hawaii trip.  The 7th and 8th graders are also involved.  We hope you are interested in the greenery and trust me when I say it looks great and smells even better.  PLEASE COLLECT THE MONEY UPFRONT AND TURN IT IN WITH THE ORDER NEXT WEEK.

Second, today at the high school only, we are beginning our annual cookie dough fundrasier for the Hawaii trip students.  This is great cookie dough, we have sold it for years, and the students can make a tremendous amount of profit for their Hawaii trip accounts.  The orders are due next Friday, October 28.  DO NOT COLLECT MONEY FOR THE COOKIE DOUGH AHEAD OF TIME.  We encouraged them to even sell to those family members they might see over Thanksgiving.  The dough will be delivered the Monday before Thanksgiving and could be delivered while on Thanksgiving Break.  THE PROFITS FOR COOKIE DOUGH WILL HELP THE NOVEMBER TRIP PAYMENT.  And we still have candy bars to seel.

OCTOBER TRIP PAYMENT is due on Friday, October 28, along with Greenery orders, along with cookie dough orders, and WE HAVE PRACTICE THAT MORNING FROM 6:30-11:30 AM as per the schedule that was handed out back in the Spring Semester of last school year.  That’s a mouthful.

SENIOR RECOGNITION will take place at this Friday’s football game at 6:30 pm.
