Band Camp Updates

Hello everyone,

Here are just a few things to update you and some FYI’s…….

WE ARE HAVING A GREAT CAMP SO FAR!!!  The students are working very hard and the music is starting to come together.  We are getting the rifle/sabre auditions done this week with the guard as well.  We will have a very exciting show for everyone when all of the parts of this puzzle are finally put together.  Go Carmina Burana 2010!!

1) Please try to take care of and pay any/all fees you can by tomorrow.

2) We are fitting anyone/everyone for marching shoes this week.  Please make sure you do that so we can get them ordered.

3) If ANYONE is wanting to order any band clothing for the fall season we need to get those orders in by tomorrow (Friday)  The order form is also posted  under the booster club link above.

4) PARADE INFO:  The parade itself actually starts at 6 pm Saturday.  We are asking the students to be lined up at Willard North by 5:40 pm.  The band room will be open from 5-5:30 if anyone needs in there and will be open immediately after the parade if need be.  Please wear comfortable shoes/socks and any and all red, white, and blue clothing you have.  The weather looks like it will be a very nice day to say thank you to our Community and to celebreate our Independence.  A great time is also had in the park, behind the Intermediate Building,  with food and fireworks later on in the evening.
